I've seen gamblers post similar cases against duelbits before, a lot of them got asked for KYC and a lot of them waited days or weeks, sometimes months for their issue to get resolved. anyway, as far as I know, a lot of the issues being posted against them are being resolved(at least the ones where the gambler has not broken the gambling site's ToS), so perhaps be more patient, I know waiting can be frustrating but give them time.

They asked me for kyc, and i completed it.

They paid me and reduced my limits, took like 2 days maybe

So rest assured ,ushould be paid,as long as u pass kyc and dont break other TnC

It’s case to case basis and KYC usually took more than a week to be approved. The duration of approval will rely on what’s they are currently looking to your account. You can expect less time of approval if your account doesn’t have any violation in the ToS but expect worst if you share IP with other user that playing on same casino because your funds will surely freeze.

If you are confident that you don’t violate their terms then just give them a couple of days and weeks to verify your KYC. Asking the live support for update won’t speed up the process since there’s a different department handling verification. This issue still doesn’t categorized scam accusation since casino terms stated that ToS is required in the future so this is standard procedure which you agree upon registration unless it’s more than a week without any replies.

Duelbit is not a strange gambling platform to this forum, it has been existing for a while and many know it to be a reputable platform, the best way for you to lodge the complaints is on their ANN thread discussion, communicate it with them and also provide every necessary proofs needed to trace your complain, but you also made mention from your post above that they require from you KYC but you didn't continue in sharing more lights on that if you actually provided them or not.

As far as I can see, you have already had several successful withdrawals. The fact that the casino asked you for KYC after 5 withdrawals shows that they suspected the way you use their platform. What happened:: I was not registered on Bitcoin talk, but I was looking for where to play, in the gambling tab I found the Duelbits casino, I see an old user, a lot of messages, a lot of views in the thread of this casino and I decided to play there, placed bets, but they asked me for KYC verification, after They have been ignoring me for 2 days, and then I found a topic somewhere on this forum where they had not withdrawn money to a player for more than 3 months. Apparently I'll be the same?
