There is no problem as escrow is involved. We will continue on the deal. This is enough as an evidence that you want to make a deal with Rockstarguy. But there may be sometime you will really be in need of your private key. I will advice you to stake your address on Tomatocage's threads.

I wanted to create it on English board before, but this is a deal between three Nigerians. Why create it on another board when we have Nigeria local board?

I read and know the rules.At the time you posted that rules, I did not see it more than you wish to provide escrow service for free. But the rules do not include other people not to create their own escrow service thread, be it paid or free.
If I want, I can have escrow service thread on local board but I did not have it. Someone contacted me for escrow and I contacted the second person which he said yes it is true and I told them to proceed with signing message which I want to use as reference if the deal is successful. I think it is my reputation that speaks and I expected you not to have even posted anything which makes us avoid centralization to an extent.
