Taking a deep breathe will help you control yourself when you're already feeling bad and you think that it's going to come out.

That is true indeed. Most times we make decisions out on a whim. We decide on how we feel. I have made a habit of not talking when angry because I do not want to accidentally say something that I would regret when my head is clear. I am aware the impact it can make to someone if I lash out on them so I try to calm myself down and think or reflect about how I really feel and how I would like to go about it.

Humans in general are hard to get satisfaction no matter what and from one point of view that's what leads to the evolution of human as well, imagine if someone got satisfied with the light from the fire stick then still now we will be living with the fire for light.

But I get what you're trying to stay, and to achieve that you might need life experiences which might comes to us in hard ways.

Yes for me I can say is relative to who ever the use the term, because from point of view and just as others scholar have states human want are satiable so I agree with you. Just that one must try as much to be moderate in all things, where one thing is the end or solution may be a starting point as many others means or ways of doing that thing can be found, doing within one strength without emotion to exceed limit is best practice.

So I would like to ask, do you believe that practicing temperance can lead to greater happiness and fulfillment?
Yes.

It's another way to control yourself and if you're always having a hard time to remove that kind of emotion that you shouldn't do. Being low temperance is going to help you with that.

And what are the strategies to use in cultivating self  discipline and moderation?
Taking a deep breathe will help you control yourself when you're already feeling bad and you think that it's going to come out.

We all know that everything excessive is bad for ourselves. Whatever that may be, it should always be in moderation. I believe looking forward we should always have that mindset so that we don’t find ourselves in danger somehow. I think having adequate amount of everything can lead to fulfillment.

Personally I think celebrating small wins is a good strategy. Set little goals and just try to accomplish them throughout the day. This will build habits and build self discipline later on in life.

I think this is perfect for the truth, if we talk about balance in each person's life, it will not be the same.

Just like a farmer will be completely happy with a bountiful harvest, and with politics they will be completely happy with the administration that brings about the right solutions for their citizens to have a good life.

So standing in different positions in life, we will see for ourselves that the happiness of others is not necessarily the one we are looking for. Before, I also thought that having a lot of money or being respected at work would make me happy, and I suddenly realized that my life was just trying to please the people around me and not realizing the meaning. meaning of life. And when I decided to return to the countryside to live a simple life without much competition or jealousy, I suddenly realized that balance was my choice. There is one thing that I find great about religions where most direct people to live simple lives and love each other, perhaps only a few go through a lot of new suffering suddenly realized the meaning of balance.

Human temperance refers to the ability to exercise self-control and moderation in various aspects of life. It involves managing our desires, emotions, and impulses in a balanced way. Practicing temperance can lead to greater personal well-being and healthier relationships. It's all about finding that sweet spot between indulgence and restraint. It's like having that extra slice of cake but knowing when to stop. It's about finding that balance that keeps us in check and allows us to make wise choices.
