the wire broke on the fan, I tried to fix it but couldn't

How did you fix it?
If you were just trying to repair without replacing the wire maybe the wire you are trying to fix is already snapped from the inside so you should replace it with new one.

On 4 wire fun I connect red and black, fan is working in very low speed

I think the reason why it runs so slow is because the wire can't handle more power that came from the PSU that is why I suggested in my previous post that replace it with thicker wire gauges.
If you replace it with thin wire the fan will get less current from the PSU and it only runs half or less than the original wire.

My fan is 40mm. Yes, my fan has about 5000rpm.
Beacuse only 2 boards hashing and I use low power mode, 500W per boards I think I can use fan with 5000rpm.

Well you may have a slower fan. Those little fans on that psu can do 8 or 9k rpm.

Your replacement may only do 5k

I will link a fan for you.

The one above may be too slow

See if you have 40 or 60 mm size

Give the exact make and model of the four pin fan

I will look it up

Likely the 4 wire fan is just using 2 for power, and the other 2 for fan-speed control. Using two wires will (likely, i'm not sure) just give you full speed all the time.

Or just fix the cable on the original? Is it hard to get access to?

As you said the original fan has 2 wires only meaning it is the positive and negative pole you don't need the extra 2 wires you can't solder these 2 wires for fan signals because it only has positive and negative terminal.

Like I said thicker wire is better.

I got old S17pro, 2 boards hashing, two PSU fan are dead (broken wire on fan).
Original fan is 2 wire, I have server fan 4 wires, can I use it.

If it's only a wire it is fine and if the wire you are going to replace is as thick as the old broken wire it should work fine just don't replace it thinner than the old one it might not be able to handle the power and it did not last long, and the wire may be snapped quickly. So better look for better wire thicker is better.
