There are some buzz going around VET as many people are promoting it as one of the top RWA project. I am not sure for which narratives it is working on but its a layer 1 project and i don't see any upside potential for any layer 1 project when even solana has its own layer 2 project that offer better scaling. No matter what i think ETH and SOL will be the top layer 1 project in the crypto industry for this cycle at least. I am not sure what will happen with the rest of the layer 1 but they are not going to be better than ETH or SOL.

Hello everyone,

Today I'd like to address a topic that has sparked many discussions in the cryptocurrency world: VeChain. With recent market fluctuations and uncertainties surrounding the future of this cryptocurrency, the question arises: Is VeChain destined for a promising future or is it heading towards the bottom of the barrel?
There are three things to speculate about: (a) will the project reach at least a dollar in price?, (b) how high can it go? And (c) how long can it maintain its value?
The first two questions there’s some possibility that we can estimate a close accurate price but the third one is very difficult to say. You can have a coin return investment but will it be good for long-term? Most likely no.

It would be interesting to discuss VeChain's prospects for appreciation and how they align with market trends. I look forward to your contributions and analyses!

Like I said it’s different to guess accurately but it seems that it has really good partnerships particularly with UFC so that might help them. It now increases the likelihood of it reaching a dollar.

quite disappointing for this (VET) project to actually become popular in sport like UFC just like the crypto.com (CRO) partnering with UFC. CRO has gone up but VET who promised to have its use case and RWA but isn't moving a cent the whole time.

i think they have been partnering with the wrong company and it seems not bringing value to the project. whether it will reach $1 or not, i think it will be left behind by most L1 projects seeing it's been up for 3 halving but still this low, it's not worth holding.

I understand your curiosity about my thesis regarding VeChain. My analysis doesn't solely rely on a price projection, but rather on an evaluation of the disruptive potential of the technology that VeChain offers in the logistics and supply chain sector.

I see VeChain as a promising choice due to the solutions it brings to real-world problems in this ever-evolving sector. VeChain's growth is intrinsically linked to the growth and investment in technology in this particular sector. I firmly believe that VeChain has the potential to make a significant impact on the future of logistics as new technologies are adopted to optimize processes, increase transparency, and improve efficiency.

Interesting. But couldn't you apply the same thesis to almost any other Layer-1 Ethereum competitor? There's even a good number of logistics-related tokens running on Ethereum. What makes you put VeChain over other Layer-1s?

Personally though? I know some things take time to develop; but man VeChain has been running since 2018 and they still have very little to show today. They even got outpaced by the likes of Solana/Sui/Aptos/Sei which are far newer.

Not in this part of the world hehe. I think it's safe to say that most members here almost forgot that there is a project called VeChain. You're probably the first one to open a topic about that project in a long time.

Did you track how many Dapps were built there and how many users are still active? That's a good way to assess the direction of this project. I'll take a look at this again. Maybe it's worth speculating on their potential rebound.

Block halving is coming.
I don't see anyone trading Vechain and it's not performing well this year even though its still under top 50 doge coin is performing better than VeChain.

Another thing is if you check the price action its bearish this week but I check it on sosovalue under google search trend theres a stable increase maybe we can see potential on this on q3 or q4 but right now I can't any reason to trade or invest to Vechain.

Vechain has lost its charm, though it's in top 50 coins currently ranked at #50 but there are no further development and we have not seen much project on this chain, it never really recovered from the dump and now it would really be difficult for Vechain to recieve looking at other promising new projects we have seen since the decline of Vechain. I think we should move on from this coin.

So, what's your actual thesis for VeChain? You simply just made a price calculation that literally doesn't mean anything with concerns to its probability to actually reach it lol. You can literally do the same with any other cryptocurrency that's below Ethereum's market cap.

By mentioning the comparison with Ethereum, my intention wasn't merely to make a simple price speculation. I used Ethereum as a benchmark metric, given its position as the leading altcoin in the market. The question I posed was: could VeChain potentially reach at least 20% of Ethereum's MarketCap at some point? This comparison serves as a starting point for assessing VeChain's growth potential relative to one of the largest cryptocurrencies in the market.

I hope this clarifies my perspective on VeChain and my analytical approach a bit further. I'm open to discussing more details on this topic if you're interested.

Maybe the OP is just speculating Smiley how we talk about ambiguity in the future. Like I can guess to everyone that DOGE= BITCOIN and accept all the criticism that it's a stupid view Smiley . But the reality is that I think people are capable of making their own assessments of the potential of each different cryptocurrency in the space.
Additionally, I'd like to share a personal reflection on the potential for VeChain's value appreciation. Projecting a possible price for this cryptocurrency, considering it could reach around $1.00, I've conducted some market analyses. To reach this mark, VeChain would need to achieve an average market capitalization of $72 billion, representing a 28x increase from its current market capitalization.

Going back to the content about Vechain, I think there is no problem with everyone's speculation, like some people like to gamble like predicting something and coming back after many years and while, also no access to what they offer. Anyway, if the OP has faith in this, it may be in some dimension where we are not in sync with them Smiley , where I only evaluate Vechain as a cryptocurrency that maintains its position and will also receive support from the upcoming bull cycles, other than that there is nothing special that I find attractive.

I didn't choose this number randomly. The $72 billion corresponds to approximately 20% of Ethereum's current market capitalization. I firmly believe that VeChain has the potential to reach this market capitalization in the future, although the exact timing of this achievement is uncertain.

I'd like to hear your thoughts on this idea. Do you think this projection is feasible or is it just an illusion? It would be interesting to discuss VeChain's prospects for appreciation and how they align with market trends. I look forward to your contributions and analyses!
