But in terms of information (fees, exchange rate) I think it's necessary from the site admin to response and answer the questions left.

There is no refund policy. If the customer fails to complete the identity verification procedures that are conducted through third-party services that may have policies to accept or reject KYC, what will happen if the customer’s data is rejected? Will the money be yours?

If you modify the exchange order, exchange price does not appear.

It seems as if they will do all the transactions manually, so they want to be sure that they will cover all the costs of the transactions, between them and the client and between them and the third party.

i think there is a minor bug on the maximum amounts of, for example, the BTC one wants to exchange. The value varies every second from 102 BTC to 114 BTC to 111 BTC to 105 BTC etc.

Please look into it and rectify.
