Freebitco.in is a legit site according to my opinion and I didn't find out any bad news about the site. A few months ago I deposited some BTC on this site and playing the HI-LO game and I gotten my withdraw BTC also.
Site owner seems to be using whois privacy. There is no info here either - https://domains.google.com/m/registrar/search/whois/freebitco.in
The doubt is already cleared about the legitimacy of the site as the site is running for 7 years, i am not commenting on the house edge as it is pretty clear it is a faucet basically with other gambling options.@OP close this thread.

Site owner likely chosen (.in) domain because that completes the word 'bitcoin', site is legit and it has nothing to do with india.

A domain name does not mean its owner is from that country. People choose domains away from .com because often the .com or .net are taken by other people and they want a new one.Quote

Of course. They would not be standing in this forum if they were scam without being called out. They are legitimate.The word of caution is that you are claiming a faucet there which will take a lot of time to reach the minimum withdrawal. Faucets were profitable or somewhat worth spending a few minutes of everyday whe bitcoin price was very low in three digits. Now its not worth it. So you might be spending time on the dice or the sports which is gambling with your money. Now the site has a provably fair system for these dice games and legit bookmaking but dont expect to become a millionaire by gambling.

There's a risk of getting penalized by google & de-indexing the domain if the domain doesn't contain Indian stuff. Since freebitco.in doesn't reflect any product or content other than a gambling site; I guess there's no problem with that. Therefore, the owner can or can't be of India.
