Good luck with that. but anyone who is interested to buy that should know that that's someone's personal account. with his own pictures and videos. these kind of Instagram accounts are very hard to rebrand for obvious reasons. rebranding them would loose a lot of followings.
also the engagements of the posts are very low compared to the followers which make me think most of the followers are fake.
You'll be astonished at how many of these accounts are bot accounts, basically they're not real accounts or that they don't have real people in them so it's not really that crazy to think that someone won't mind buying these accounts because they know what they're in for and they know that there's no identity theft involved most of the time. The rebranding would probably easy, as you've said already, the followers are fake right? Meaning that they can just fabricate everything and start over, for someone that's desperate to create an account, it's probably not a problem for them to do that kind of thing, albeit inorganic growth, they still want to get ahead for their products. also the engagements of the posts are very low compared to the followers which make me think most of the followers are fake.

I agreed, any most of the cases they will ban your id's if they somehow identify the particular id is changed hand.
Rather than buying account i suggest to use boost service, you could use your brand new ids and boost your post by spending some penny. it will attract the followers/buyers who are interested.
