Assuming this is a Bitcoin signed message,
(1) It is called Bitcoin address. No "key" in between thosd two words.
(2) Just message is enough and you should correct that message.
(3) It is called signature and it doesn't match with the message you gave.
Please re-sign if you want but a signed message is not mandatory for lending.
BitCoin may not be recognized as a currency but probably will never but you should treat it as a commodity!
