Its is not any Giveaway but a competition which says "Simply complete actions from the below list and earn an entry to win a e-coin bitcoin debit card. The more entries you complete the more chances to win. Winners will be selected at random and will receive a debit card shipped to them."
I have seen a lots of such entries over this forum , this is Just a way to Promote and Randomly giving a card to a person.
