dazedfool, there's another sale on this forum for the exact same set of coins, however the other set has been graded at MS68 and you're asking BTC4.5 more!

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/sold-casascius-ms68-silver-set-1229759

How can you justify such a premium for your MS69s? OR is the other thread offering a fire sale?

I think both of the sets are quite fair in regard to price. MS68 to MS69 is ~1BTC premium historically on this forum when it comes to silvers. Considering that two sets of MS69 silvers were just sold for ~16BTC by Monkeynuts I don't think dazedfool is asking for that much of a premium at all.

The market price has been slightly low due to a decent amount of high graded silver being for sale lately. I expect it is cyclical just like any other market and will rebound quite nicely for those who don't have to sell quickly and can afford to wait for new interested buyers.

What? What history states that a one point increase in MS rating equals BTC1 premium in price?!

The sale by Monkeynuts is the only fact of history to support future sales prices. I didn't know that Monkeynuts sold the same sets for that price...it does make Dazed's price seem better.

BUt if both of the current sets go for ask someone will be a sucker...either a buyer or a seller.

I don't think you've been following this market long enough. We're not in the trough or valley of a cycle, these prices are the highest they've ever been for these coins. You could get a silver last year (same high quality) for BTC2.

I would like to purchase a silver/gold cas 1btc from your for 2btc, thanks.

I bid 2.1!

10btc coins are so hard to find...

Cheap 10btc coins are so hard to find...

I am sure you know who is sitting on them:
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/selling-10btc-casascius-silver-round-w-gold-b-ms-67-1161016

Offering a finders fee to anyone that knows a guy who knows a guy who wants to make a deal!

I know someone who is selling those 10 BTC (gold plated). But I don't know whether they are still available. Last time i checked there were 2 available but they aren't cheap. I will contact him for current price if you like.

I am most certainly interested! PM'd

Wow, those coins are beautiful!  Shocked  One of these days I'll save up enough money to buy one of these... but until then, I'm just another member learning more and more about the value of casascius coins.

Did i catch a niner in there?

Very pretty looking coins, the BTC17.9 ask for BTC2.6 face is wild stuff. They all do have a nice shine and straight hologram stickers. I've been seeing fewer and fewer sale ads for these coins over the last month, was eagerly waiting what the next ask would be and where it would be priced...I guess I now know!

Good luck with the sale, I'll be watching.
