Need to have this account negative or neutral tagged before its sold since its a defaulted account now.
If it's negatively tagged, there's no chance the lender will get his coins back. If it's untagged, the account is worth more than 0.035... At least if there's a signed message (as being said before)

I don't understand why you loosing the BTC is a reason to not repay the loan. Weren't you going to spend it anyway and pay me back by other means? Or was the plan all along just to sell me the account?
