Nobody could sue me even though they knew my identity because it was legit and I never scammed a cent, just took out of the system my 5% from all deposits as stated in the rules. As long as you state the rules and don't scam anyone you are good to go. My lawyer said to take a “postal print” (from Poste italiane) with original first rules and time stamp posted at inforge.net so that nobody could sue me for fraud.

Well btc could be a "new" way for make such scam, but even it's a fraud. I am not a lawyer but I can assure you that in Italy you can risk so much (for a couple of penny) (per quattro spiccetti te lo dico in italiano così per chiarire).

That's valid for almost all countries over the world, we know that. But now, we are not talking about genuine HYIPs, we have been talking about those new hybrid "Ponzi games" which work far way different since they are transparent and the Ponzi scheme is not masked because stated on main page (most of the times).
According to my lawyer and criminalist group is not legal because it would be required to pay fees to AAMS, but still a LEGIT way to make money by offering a pseudo gambling service.
I follow the internet for already 12 years and I've been in the HYIP industry for quite long time (almost since 2010) so I basically know what I'm talking about. Moreover, as I've lately said, I had long discussions with my lawyer who got documented enough.
It's not an opinion, it's a fact.

What's a shame... because people spend a lot of time to imagine a ponzi/MLM/ PYRAMID and such scam sites....

He meant when the system doesnt work, the ponzi owner (and please be frank and call it was it is), will eventually run with the money to cover his costs. He is right about that. What an honest person would do, is shell out his own money in that case, because, as he often promises, the money is safety and secure and no risk of losing the investment right.. unfortunately that almost never happens (obviously). But isn't that what all gambling is, you will most often stand a higher chance to lose, than to win. Some people are ok with that (for reasons I won't go into, as this is going far away from the topic as it is)

Well that doesn't help. At all. By making more people pay in order to give yourself a fee, that is quite large I must say, you'll just make the waiting list get larger and larger everytime and will collapse more quickly.

On the upside, for you, it allows more people to deposit more quickly therefore you can shut it down faster and steal all money.

Come on, we're not oblivious to this scam. You put no work into it and just want to scam, I'm not even going to click that blockchain address. Waste of time.

Yes he already made it as obvious as can be. The site is called bitpyramid ffs. If I was a moderator of this subforum I would make it obligatory for every OP to include in their message a big fat warning, a link to a wiki article or something, what a ponzi is, what are the risks etc etc.

You're risking about $0.41 when looking at current market conditions.

And money is money. Why give $0.41 when you could invest it, yourself, and buy altcoins, yourself. Without any strings attached. Say, DOGE, CLAM or something else. Not like you'll get much profit but it's better than investing in this bullshit.

And we should all know what a ponzi is. Someone pays and then another person pays and suddenly the first person gets paid. Unfortunately, it doesn't take just 1 extra person to pay person 2, it takes 2 more. Then another 2 for person 3, then another 2 for 4, 2 for 5. We're already at the fifth person yet there are many, many other people waiting for their payments.

These systems, pyramids, ponzis never work. They are designed in one way, and one way only and that is to give the admin a way to steal all the money. Whether it's $0.41 or $410 you shouldn't ever give criminals your money. I'm not stopping you but rather just speaking out.
