yeah !! i completely agree.. last time i have claimed that , i remember "someone" who completely disagree .... ( when i had claimed ANAC start to be just bullshit ) ie: unslab a coin graded MS 66 , then resubmit it to anac... many chances it will back with an MS 68 ... lol

The coin is an obvious fake. There is no hologram. The public key is engraved. It is not Silver, and has no mark to show that it is.

To be blunt, ANACS knows about as much as physical bitcoins as someone in your local coin shop would know. Which is to say they know absolutely nothing. They will slab almost anything you send in as long as what you wrote on the form matches what's on the coin. They don't know how to look to see whether a coin is funded on the blockchain, and probably couldn't tell you what that even means. Grin

I have seen these 2016's around, but I assumed they were Chinese knockoffs. For one, there does not appear to be a hologram or private key which means it's just a novelty token. The public key they stamped on it was funded in early 2015 ( which I assume was from someone's valid 2014 coin). There is no mint mark indicating it is .999 silver, so I'm guessing it's just some kind of alloy? Lastly there is no mention of it on www.solnoctis.com or an official mintage listed anywhere.

Where does one even buy these coins?
