Can't find anyone else to trade with chase ure a newbie? Need btc fast? Then use my service! I don't care who you are as long as you pay the premium! You will have to go first and wait 1 hour while I quickly spend the PayPal. My btc can be held in escrow at that time.

I DONT GO FIRST

Pm or post below
Do you use escrow? FY: I saw another one here searching in one who has paypal here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/need-verified-paypal-account-holder-for-a-deal-1576314

A fool and their BitCoins are soon parted. Use of Escrow essential when dealing with this user trading in PayPal.

Could you remove your neg feedback on me? I don't see why I deserve it for trying to make money even if it's with a risky method

You got one thing right, it'd be risky to trade with you.

Also, Paypal has got alot more accustomed to Paypal chargebacks. When I sold some coins for Paypal, I had them take a selfie with their ID on such and such date. When they chargedback the purchase, I flat out told Paypal what had happened, and upload the screenshots and selfie that they had took

"Terms of trade with abhitheman

From bitcointalk. I get an hour to use funds before I release and if I have any problems I'll cancel the trade"

Okay buddy

Yeah. Simple. I'll use the funds so you can't chargeback

Thats not how paypal works my friend

If he has a business account, he can withdraw upto $400 from a ATM or $4000 via Debit Card Purchase. There are ATM's I know of that you can use them for a debit transaction up to $5000 and receive cash like you would any normal ATM withdrawl. He probably needs the funds immediately, and does not care if there is a chargeback in the future.

If you send it as a gift then you may be able to do this, also you should use escrow.

Escrow and "gifting" will not stop a chargeback. How many times must this be stated?

To anyone accepting paypal as a form of payment:
It will be very very hard to find someone who can deal with you using paypal.
There is too much risk involved and even 25% is not worth the headaches.
In 6 months you will feel the pressure building up if even one person wants their money back.  Embarrassed

No it is not! :
If a chargeback is done and if there is no funds in the account they will debit the account and it will be a negative balance. And if you have put a bank account or credit card on the account they will take the funds from there to put on your balance so it is not in arrears.
If it is an account with a fake name and information (no attached funding source) then they will close your account. They trace you by various methods and if you think you are smart they have "a team" of people who have degrees in cyber security that I think you do not have to find you where you sleep.
Using that information they will not allow you to open another account and will block you from there service. Just go to paypalsucks site and you will see the stories on there if you think you can defraud them.

He thinks if he moves the money from his account, he's got the money for sure.

What people seem to think is that, if you raise your fee (just like you're asking for a crazy 25%), then it will protect you from all chargebacks.

A good customer will never agree to your fee. There are safer options for a 25% fee. A scammer won't give a shit about fees though. He'd probably agree to trade for a 50% fee for all he cares. If you want legitimate customers, you need to have a rational fee to be able to make up for that one customer that might be a fraud, like some sort of risk insurance.

Good luck anyways, I'll agree to 19%, otherwise I'm afraid I can't.

Holy crap dude. You have a look at your trust lately?  Shocked
Why would anyone send first with such negative on there and the latest one just today?!?
Let alone pay the highest rate on the whole exchange forum?

I think you got to reformulate what your conditions are before asking these things from people on here.
