so I am really interested in the market of bitcoin and wanted to get in it. But since mining with your pc is usless I wanted to find a good asic for the price. My electricity is dirt cheap at only 0.6 per kilowatt and I dont care wether it is usb powered or and actual machine, I have 400$ to spend.
so what I am asking is for you the community to help me find a somewhat decent asic for the price Thank You.

you will be much better off buying 0.4 in bitcoins and storing it
400$ should buy you a s7 (new one costs around 450$)
ROI on s7 you can see here:

or here:

hope that NEVER on ROI doesn't discourage you too much Smiley

400 might get you an s7 depending on your location.

Otherwise if you have a desktop, your best bet is a nice gpu or 2, running on nicehash will put BTC in your wallet.

how about to buy new vga card and place into your computer so you can stay online while you can trying mining altcoin too. but you decide to buy vga card, then you should think about the series of vga card that will support with your computer, beside that you should calculate your the electricity fee and how much profit you can gain.

Do you mean $0.06 per kWh? You might be able to ROI in a year with an Antminer S9 if you could afford the price and handle the noise. You are better off having the miner hosted at a colocation facility with cheaper power. SinoHash in China only charges $42 a month to host an S9.

I don't think you'll get a good asic for the amount specified. To have a decent and a low power consuming asic you need at least $1500. Other small asics won't give you an earning that you expect. Better is to save for a little more time and try buying the best. If not surf amazon you'll get based on your affordability.
