Just for future reference if you accidentally pay a low fee you may want to use one of those tx accelerators such as VIABTC which is usually not full of the 100 transaction limit per hour and gets you into the next block for free.

I've used it dozens of times and have told others to use it here, they've all had wonderful experiences with it.

Here's the site - https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/

They support BU though but that's the price you pay if you pay less to our wonderful miners.

How do you consider 0.0002 decent fees on a 0.093 BTC transaction ??

Fee per byte    88.889 sat/B

While the cheapest transaction fee is currently 140 satoshis/byte. (according to https://bitcoinfees.21.co/ )

Besides the fact that the blockchain was congested more that it usually is.
Simple. You pay less you wait more.

The block chain is having a lot of pending transactions and i think there is yet another spam attack which is causing these sort of delays, there are more than 55,000 transactions waiting to be confirmed and these sort of delays are expected when the price goes down, when it comes to the fees 0.0002 is not a decent fees anymore ,you need to increase your fees if you wish to have a faster transaction.
