Just follow the process below

Open your image in Photoshop. ...
Give the copy a name. ...
Choose the Lasso tool from the toolbar on the left side of the screen. ...
Click on Edit and select Fill from the drop-down menu. ...
Press CTRL-D to deselect the image when the fill is complete.
