I love all these articles about BFL Products written by people that have no damn clue what they are talking.

PS. I only read the article, that was enough wasted time for me. I can't wait for BFL to ship so pointless dribble like this stops, and hopefully misinformation too.

Its obviously not a scam, whats being debated is if they are delaying shipping while they mine with your equipment. That is the scam people are worried about.

I see on the homepage of BFL that the miniRigs are "out of stock". Well, that seems to me actually as a strong indication that it is no scam, because if it were, why would they  bother to label their highest prized product out of stock.

I second that..
There are so many ways of scamming and different kinds of scams, you would be suprised.

Most likely only news outlets and a few other persons.
I'll belive it when I see a lot of posts regarding recived shipments on this forum.
