In the US the costs are at minimum $250K. PayPal allows money transmitters but requires written approval.

In the next few days, we will adding a user registration requirement and prohibiting transactions from states where we don't hold money transmitters licenses. And users will be required to verify their place of residence before being permitted to conduct a transaction.

International sales will no longer be supported.

I think the 10 minute expiry is to prevent speculation based on volatile market prices. As long as you sent the coins, it will be accepted. No confirmations needed.

The second eventually expired since I sent the funds from Bitstamp and they delayed the payment a bit, but then I contacted MicroGuy and he solved the issue and sent me the payment himself.

I just placed an order on your site and it works very smoothly. Got my money less than 5 minutes after I sent the coins.

here are my suggestions:

Instead of changing the cursor to a disabled icon, just disable the textbox. The changing cursor is kind of annoying when I want confirm something.
typo: "BTC" should be "USD"
the order status page should auto-refresh
The navigation bar is bugged. When I go to another page, the highlighted tab on the navigation bar is always the home page.
for noscript users:
I enabled scripts for coingator, but not "areyouhuman.com". At the verification stage, clicking the verify button doesn't do anything. There should be a warning when scripts are disabled.
