One person already did that, was additionally sentenced to 14 days of imprisonment, he escaped, spend 2 years hiding in woods armed with machine gun, later received 20 000$ as a compensation because something was not done right in his case and his rights were violated. That would not happened if he cooperated with the system.

From the papers I understand he used proprietary and probably flawed encryption found on Maxtor and WD external drives.
I actually seen nobody using diskcryptor or Truecrypt encryption. And claiming that there is no encrypted data on drives. Or telling he forget the 30+ random character long password.
All it comes down to lowest hanging fruit - some careless pedo who downloads CP from edonkey and uses whatever encryption software comes preinstalled on external harddrives.
