this script is NOT a clone of Poloniex! it has nothing in common with Poloniex, also there is not a single third party UNBIASED verification that this even works or that the script has no backdoors.
As a developer i have offered several times to verify this but each and every time they refuse! so obviously there is something very bad and wrong with this software!

Even if you are selling the exact script of poloniex, still there's more than the script to run your own exchange. Okay, one major part is the software but there's a list that you need to consider before opening one such as where will you open that exchange, know the regulations of that area with respect to a cryptocurrency exchange, partner with a bank or payment processor, etc...
So, it's not that easy to open your own. Lot of considerations to embark with. So good luck selling your clone script of polo.
