I've been buying and selling bitcoins for a few years now and this was without a doubt one of the fastest and smoothest transactions I've ever had. Communication was fast, professional, and to the point. The whole process took about 10 minutes (without the confirmation time) from the time he replied on skype, to the time I saw it on blockchain, which is awesome, and I did everything from my phone, which was even better.

Why exactly do you say it seems sketch when he is the one accepting the Paypal, not sending it. Where would the risk be for the buyer of his bitcoins that buy from him using Paypal?

I've got some trade history, but people don't like leaving feedback so it doesn't get seen. I don't push the issue of feedback because you can't force someone to leave you feedback. You're free to run along and choose to not trade with me, it's completely understandable. Trusted members will get their coins first if they have decent feedback, of course.
