All I am trying to introduce a new gambling site based of NY State Daily 3 and ultimately daily 4 numbers.
I am looking into building and developing a site that will allow users to input the numbers by truely picking them and provides Fair results by NY standards.
So I am making a post here for options at possibly a software partner/VC or approximate quotes for site development and ideas on how to get this up and running.
I am currently looking for Venture Capitalists (silent partners and possible working software partners with financial backing to build site up to the goal of approximately $1 USD bets for High Betting Limit and to get it fully functionable)
