You should probably let them know of any bugs so they can solve them rather than jumping to conclusions and labelling sites scammers. It may not seem obvious to you but people are very quick to judge and they often take things on here at face value without actually researching. Sometimes all it takes is a few bad posts for people to jump on the bandwagon.
The best thing to do is to report it so their dev team can resolve the issue and then of course if you don't receive adequate responses you can alert the community to issues.
