Thank you for your feedback. We are looking into ways to ensure only legitimate users can rate. For now, we have implemented rating limits and we manually go through ratings and accounts to ensure there is no manipulation.

I dont want to be the smartass here, but maybe in the future you should add the possibility to write in a few sentences why you would rate a ICO like you rate it. Offcouse 5 is good and 1 is bad, but why is a good question too... just my opinion.
