I already knew about the latest update on this bitcoin forum. The moderator innovate some new rules in this campaign, as far as I know, all accounts with no merit/s are backed on being a newbie ( anybody can correct me if I'm wrong ). I think he just do it because of newcomers who underestimate the payment method when we join bounties and airdrops in this forum.

Too bad it was kind of a system failure but not the step that could lessen the amount of alts bots that cluttering the forum, still I suppose the administration would think about some steps to check out account farmers and fake/bot users.

Admin should have started looking at those post/topics that are repititve and no sense at all. It pretty much unfair for those people who have been trying to make quality posts and comments everytime they are here. It's really hard to get merited even if you have shared something informative, it like they will give it whenever they like.

Forum take good step but it will effect honest people too, so it is advisable to bounty team to create form where people can submit weekly reports. It will help people a lot.

Then why the two post above me even though they are newbies can post in the altcoins section?
Good new
This is the reason I guess that the system upgrade has been lift, it is surely consider spam and this are the good for nothing post that needs report. Good job for the administration.

I looked at the last posts of themmos and found nothing of the sort.
Where does the information come from?
Write a link to the source, but it is better to discuss this issue in the META board
Familiar newbies can not edit, do not write in altcoins.
Before creating a topic, it would be wiser to check this information.
The forum is now filled with a bunch of spam.
Go to the altcoins board and you will see a lot of posts from newbies.
Many users think that the decision about lowering the ranks was accepted and implemented instantly.
This topic was discussed in the meta board for several months and a decision was made.

P.S.

Here, some users complain about a similar problem. But it seems that this is not a new forum rule but simply a system failure.

Many may not notice, but tonight there was another interesting innovation on the forum, newbies can not write in the altcoins section, what does this mean? 80% of those performing social bounties were people with the rank of jr.member, and now most of them lost their rank, and can not upload bounty reports (since they can not write in a certain section of the forum). In this case, payments for all types of bounty should increase by at least 2 times, but again, it will not last long, the first month until everyone rummages that you can buy a Cooper member, and again, not everyone owns bitcoin wallets, this is a chance to try to make a profit with a different kind of bounty.

PS. Personally it seems to me that all the latest innovations open up a second wind to those people who lost the sense of bounty, although they have a big rank on the forum, and social networks for promotion of which they spent a lot of energy

PSS. Thanks to innovations, people who really do their job qualitatively will receive decent payments, those that they deserve.
Merit systems continue to adjust in relevance and allow them to do so based on specific statistics. They need to do more with the post instead of just making a weekly report. I do not think they will leave here without efforts to improve rankings with only 1Merit.
Do not mention bitcoingarden or altcointalk. it will not mean.

A lot of useless! And in my opinion because of such an influx of newcomers and began to underestimate the payment for work! I think that on the one hand it is good, but on the other hand, how are people who really honestly and qualitatively doing their work to continue participating in programs?!?!
People who really do their work with love and quality, it's easy to get around these restrictions, and those who do not really care about quality, and who are only chasing to earn more in any way, will be left behind.
And in consequence, those who really work will receive worthy rewards for their labors
