Short description: Receiver needs furniture, produced by the Company, for his cafe outside of the country in which the Company resides, but he has no money so he has to sign a contract to return that money from his future profits. But a loan contract cannot be signed between the Company and the Receiver due to the fact that the cafe and the Company are located in different countries. This brings the need of a smart contract, valid all across the globe. The receiver must find a Lender, who has the needed amount of money to pay for the furniture to the company. The important criteria is the fact that the Lender and the Receiver should reside in the same country in order to sign a loan contract and in case if the Receiver does not pay the sum to the Lender after a certain period, the Lender can take the case to the court and the Receiver will be forced to pay with his material goods and the company does not suffer any inconvenience.

Participants: Receiver (the one who receives the furniture), Lender (The one who gives the money to the company for the furniture, to later receive that sum from the Receiver at a percentage), Company (the one who gives the furniture to the Receiver and receives the money from the Lender), Oracle (confirms all of the real-life events onto the contract).

Task: Write a contract. It does not have to be professional, it's just for a university exhibition.
