If you're referring to project ideas, then think about things people need need in general, whether it'd be bitcoin/cryptocurrency-related or not. This might be a sort of "mr obvious" advice, but you get the point. Probably take some inspiration on other famous CMSs like Wordpress, Drupal, and Joomla.

There are also courses on udemy, which are very cheap.

Ideas for great projects that are worth a lot of money are not easy to come by... As you learn more about what you are studying, you will discover the problems most people face, and you may try to solve them.
