Dude I guess it was only a hyperbole. He only used the term "100" to describe him for having numerous accounts. That's only my own opinion, who knows if he really own hundreds of account?
Maybe you need to check the transaction details to prove other accounts or it won't get tagged.
You have a point, much stronger evidence is needed to prove him guilty. But actually, the presented evidence by OP was already an effective one because logically thinking, the email on his posts definitely belongs to him thus having a big chance that he also used it for scamming people. 
If he cannot prove the 100 accounts owned by the same person, then he is guilty of lying. He should be red tagged for abuse of the reputation thread.
Seriously? He is actually well known scammer here and he probably has more than 100 accounts. I know, it is always easier to write few words than to check few links

You need to refine your proofs. I don't know how did you jump to the conclusion that he owns 100 accounts when the proof merely states he could be linked to just 1 other account. He could just point to a random profile and claim to be the owner of it. Doesn't mean he actually owns it. Having said that, him being a scammer part is true.
