i did this review for him that day. i contacted him in the fixed float telegram. he sent me the $10 i used the exchange and wrote a small review. It was easy and the exchange was very fast. well under 5 minutes from sending btc to receiving ethereum. Just figured id write that in here since i see people posting about it still

You should pay the reviewers first, that way you can be certain the review is genuinely honest.
The way task is written, he seems to be going to pay first.

Rather then pay users who are just gonna write some bs paragraph, why not message 3 or however many users you need, and get an "honest" review?

Well, it depends on the reviewer if he/she is trusted. Would you pay a 10$ first if the member is a newbie or a member with a negative trust rating?
Some choices are completely obvious and don't need mentioning, this is one of them.

I guess, it is tough call to give review to the services like that. Interface look good and may be my $10 ( for review) will get exchanged smoothly but what will happen if somebody sends thousands of dollars?
Personally, I will not like to put a review of service when amount risked us just mere $10. (Or anybody writing review should mention it clearly that he/she exchanged only $10).

Yes, that's right, if I am gonna do this review I am going to mention that it was for $10.

that is risky . how can he know that he wont be scammed ? paying first wont guarantee that the given review is legit and honest .

He just need to deal with trusted forum users and there will be no problem at all paying first. Most newbies nowadays won't get trust from any users here in the forum so newbies will need make some adjustments if they are legit
I can't pm you as you are a newbie, your account was freshly made so it's much better to show your Bitcoin address fund and tell here the instructions to be transparent instead of private message.
