Hey Vizzy, where did the artist make their mark? I don't see it...... Cry  (maybe I'm just blind)

His signature is a little capital G. It's the first letter of his name (Gabriele Perticaroli). .
He signs all the coins he has engraved with a capital G (except the earliest ones he engraved)

This is an awesome looking piece! Gotta say though, would’ve been a whole lot cooler if the silver dollar date was a more “memorable” date for something like Bitcoin. 1984 and 2009 come in mind Cheesy

If the coin was 1984 or 2009 it would not be silver though as 1964 was the year the US stopped minting circulation coins in 90% silver.  In that sense, the 1964 date is significant as it was the last year the largest economy in the world minted sound money.

Some other cool nickels.
I admit I hadn't realised this was "a thing" until finding the Bitocin one.

There's some really sweet ones out there.  I especially like the designs people carve out of the penny.

Lots of respect for artists who can work with such an unforgiving medium.

Hopefully the famous Roman Booteen will do something bitcoin related soon! Maybe someone can send him a unloaded collectible to work on?  Wink
