I contacted live support about it, and I was told the issue would be looked into. I also inquired about their bug bounty. live support told me that would be determined after looking into the issue. a while later, I received an email that said "As the information was checked, there was shown visually incorrect information in mobile version of Dice, but there was no bug regarding your gameplay and the game itself. We are very sorry for the inconvenience you had."
this seems to imply that the correct action was taken, with respect to the betting function, in spite of the incorrect bet size listed on the screen.. but that's not what seems to have happened. my balance went up or down, according to whatever bet was placed. I know this for a fact, because initially this "glitch" was working to my advantage.
I don't know if this was a bug.. or a glitch... or mechanical autism.. ? whatever the case may be, I wasn't particularly impressed with their explanation. have any of you ever experienced strange auto-play behavior?
here are the screenshots I provided to live support: https://imgur.com/a/zKpJihg
Interesting how you didn't bring it to their attention when you were winning, but now you've started losing, you starting complaining.
Suck it up and take your loss like a man, plenty of things can cause a delay in the results, including how much available operating RAM your device has.
