Why are they after those 2 issues?
All I can say is if I were working in the BTC industry in Germany or France, I would jump at the opportunity to get an Ulbricht-signed version of these:

FWIW I'm interested in issues 16, 2, 3 and 8 in that order. Maybe 12 as well.

I have seen these magazines go for around these prices unsigned. The signed one will sure be a great conversation starter and allow ppl to know that you supported a great cause. If my funds were not already allocated to some pending coin sales I need to complete, I would surely be grabbing these.
