Blacknavy, how are you related to these users?

You had simultaneous registrations in bounty campaigns, tokens sendings to the common Ethereum wallet and merit sendings with some of them.

Hello Veleor, good catch.

I don't think I can make an explanation as you expected. I'd rather be honorable than a lie.

This is a very complicated situation. Some accounts don't have a real owner and some of them are rented by some account dealers.

In past, we thought it was allowed to use multiple accounts because of the guide in our local forum. It was normal in 2017.

When I joined this forum, I was already a Bitcoin investor but the idea of having more Bitcoins was tempting and I had rented some accounts to get more Bitcoins.

I had earned some shitcoins as you can see and I exchanged them to Bitcoin.

I have removed my trust list and I'm not DT member at the moment.

I only have one account and it's Blacknavy.

Best regards.

Türk yerel forumunda bana destek olan arkadaşlara teşekkür ederim ama gördüğünüz gibi forum kurallarına göre pek de güvenilir biri değilmişim.

Thank you theymos and others, locked.

Is there any chance you could find 10 under-merited recent English-language posts that would help your application along?

It would be good but I'm not interested in the English section except Meta and Bitcoin Technical Support.

Therefore, It is really hard to find 10 good posts that haven't been merited before in the English section but I can show you some users' posts that deserve merits in Bitcoin Technical Support.

nc50lc, achow101, BitCryptex, Welsh, Carlton Banks

Actually what theymos asked is "posts written in the last couple of months by other people that have not received nearly enough merit for how good they are", so if you found posts that you think is under-merited, you could add it to your application.

Yes, they are in the first post that I’ve sent. Thank you.

OP applied to be a merit source in Turkish local board only.

Theymos said he was especially eager to have merit sources in sub-communities such as the local sections. Therefore, I thought I can be appropriate.

Turkish sources should also be substantially increased and maybe new sources added, to enable a more fair and decentralized distribution of merits on BTT.

Good point. Thank you Vispilio.

What you on about 'only'? Dude you get paid to be stupid? To pretend to not understand? Stop scamming everyone of their time at least all you signature fuckers.
He's clearly capable of speaking English and it's also great that his merits would go to non-English speakers if he was anointed. None of which conflicts with what I asked.
Why so arrogant, fella? Maybe the word I used (only) is incorrect, but it does not cause serious issues.
You are right that the OP is good in English, but he emphasized that most of Turkish do not know English. I agree that it is good (but not necessary) if he can point out under-merited posts (in English) but as the OP aims to be a merit source in his/ her local board (Turkish), I doubt that locals will use English to discuss their opinions, especially in non-proficient English board, like Turkish as OP wrote (I don't know Turkish too).

We have 3 merit sources and one of them is a moderator. (Don't consider this as a complaint. All 3 users are also pretty good choices.)
- EFS sent 183 smerits in the last 120 days but just 115 merits were sent to users who wrote in our section by him.
- Teramit sent 136 smerits in the last 120 days but he isn't active as you can see on his merit distribution dates.
- Vispilio sent 487 smerits in the last 120 days but he got 404 merits from other users. Therefore, he was able to send just 285 smerits thanks to his merit source statue.

Yeah I agree with the above analysis,

@EFS prioritizes meriting global messages these days,

@Teramit is mainly absent from the forum for the last couple of months;

therefore it's true I'm the only guy distributing most of the merits on the Turkish boards, even though it's a very active and increasingly more popular section.

If a single member can easily get 1000 source merits / month in the global forum (and I presume also in a few local boards), the monthly merit allocation of the Turkish sources should also be substantially increased and maybe new sources added, to enable a more fair and decentralized distribution of merits on BTT, which obviously has a predominant influence on the DT system as well under the current rules...

I don't know any Turkish so I can't support or oppose your application yet.
Is there any chance you could find 10 under-merited recent English-language posts that would help your application along?
I think it is one of reason and OP applied to be a merit source in Turkish local board only.
Another reason that I apply to become a merit source is that there are not a lot of people who know English in Turkey. As a result, even if they deserve, they can't get merit from other sources.

;;

I'm trying to do the best. Thank you.

PS: Followings simple rules has it's benefits don't over do it. Goodluck on your application.

I have added a good post that had sent by each user.

OP, you've got a clean trust page and have earned quite a few merits yourself, and you frequent your local board--sounds like you'd be a really good choice for a potential merit source, so good luck with your application.

How did you manage to get a name change, BTW?

Actually, I don't know and I was very surprised about this.

Nice to be appreciated by trusted users like you. Thank you for your support and kind words.

;;

You are one of the most active and trustworthy members of our local forum, too.

Hopefully, your application to be a merit source will also be considered as soon as possible.

Thank you.

Blacknavy is a valuable member of the Turkish section. I support his application. I wish him success. Turkish section needs more Merit resources, indeed.

The third most active local section of this forum is the Turkish section.

for example, I want to give merit to this topic
but I haven't merit Huh

merit is so valuable in the local forum
people says "thank you"
come on
show your generosity please

If merit are very valuable on your local board and only been given to very worthy posts then that means it's achieving something, we're hoping it achieved on other board, which is also something the adminstrators are trying to enforce, do you want to spoil that for your board?. Merit isn't just a mere thank you (thumbs up) indicator instead it's a sign of recognition that your post was a quality one and it meant something (added or will add value) to the meriter or other readers. Sure it's been misused sometimes or out of generosity, it's been given to less quality post but since that's been done by a less minority, it shouldn't cause much demage. The reason you should support a source is to bring in more smerit to your local board to merit deserving members and highlighting those posts in the process and not so there would be enough to depreciate the values of the merit system.

To the OP, you have earned quite some number of merit for yourself, which supposedly is an indication of your contributions to your local board and forum in general (haven't gone through your records) but the rules require you to post only 10 unmerited or post that haven't recieved enough merit of others and not yours, so unless you do so, I don't think your application will be considered. Everyone feels his personal post are merit worthy we can't based judgement on that.

If you want to be a merit source:

 1. Be a somewhat established member.
 2. Collect TEN posts written in the last couple of months by other people that have not received nearly enough merit for how good they are, and post quotes for them all in a new Meta thread. The point of this is to demonstrate your ability to give out merit usefully.
 3. We will take a look at your history and maybe make you a source..

PS: Followings simple rules has it's benefits don't over do it. Goodluck on your application.

sorry there may be error in translation
my english is not enough.I'm trying to make simple sentences
and I haven't slept in 20 hours
I just wanted to support the forum, not myself

The only issue I can see is that Theymos might not be looking at making more sources right now, though I hope he at least considers the members who've applied this year.  The forum could probably use at least that many new merit sources.  I wish there was a way to tell how active merit sources have been in distributing merits, at least for those of us who aren't Theymos.  He can no doubt tell which ones aren't doing their "job" but the rest of us can't, and I suspect there are probably a few who aren't giving out a lot of merits.

How did you manage to get a name change, BTW?

@Blacknavy, Turkey is one of the most knowledgeable members of the local forums.
It played an effective role in the expansion of the trust system.
It is constantly online like @Vispilio and @EFS.
He tells the truth and helps.
The Turkish forum needs more resources.
Thanks in advance
