Hello everybody, first off I'll apologize in advance and fully expect at least a few forum members to tell me where to go and how to get there, but I figure I might as well give it a shot as I have literally no other options.
Hoping to get 5-10$ as due to an unexpected emergency and a hopeless sibling I have absolutely no food and no money to my name.
I don't have any collateral that I can think of. I get paid from the government on Friday, and I would be able to send back 15$ or 20$

You literally just joined the forum 4 hours ago, and you're asking for a no-collateral loan? Or would it be more accurate to say "You just created this account 4 hours ago?" And that transaction you posted earlier suggests you do have some money.
I would lock this topic if I were you, some members aren't as gentle as I am, and will tag your account without warning.
