and yes.. there is always a list, so we know who has which slot. Please review other raffle threads to see this
I guess what I meant is there is usually - at least in the ones I have seen a list similar to

I would say no you have not
The raffle is open ended, so will roll in about a week or so regardless of how many spots are sold/filled... so there may be some good odds for those who already bought
