Yes works for worldwide paypal verification. Not working in Digital Ocean. No its not possible to reload yourself.

Sorry for late review (super busy in other things), I confirm that I got free vouch copy almost instantly. I tried it with Netflix India. As I have never used any vcc before, seller guides me through the process. He also politely offered me to give me a Netflix account if I am having any problem.
I did not try to buy crypto with it but seller assured me that it should work fine.
