"Hal Finney = Satoshi Nakamato?"
In many ways, yes ... Hal made vital and important contributions to early Bitcoin development ...
I have doubt it is, but that still remains a doubt on me. Since no one can sign a message in a hardcoded block address or let's called
Genesis block address. We can't consider Hal is the real Bitcoin creator or the real Satoshi Nakamoto.
Okay, let assume, what if Hal Finney really is Satoshi Nakamoto??!
There's an angle on which Hal Finney is keeping the anonymity of Bitcoin. And if that is his real motives, then having a code name as the main developer is
te first thing to do, and look at how he was able to do it successfully. He was able to hide the identity and has successfully grown a platform that was just an idea. I'm basic this assumption/theory with the twit he posted saying "Looking at ways to add anonymity of Bitcoin" that he posted in 2009.
What do you think?
Anways, thank you OP for the compilation and sharing of Hal Finney's history.
