How about you just open a scam accusation as advised, following the correct scam reporting format and also including all the proof required?
Also wondering why you didn't use a trusted escrow service for such a deal? This way it helps you from getting scammed.

@Rikafip is right here. we can’t just accuse people and ask them to defend themselves. You pointed out some suspicious facts about user @simantobd but without real proof, these are still suspicious facts. He is an account reseller, it doesn't matter if it's a forum or an exchange account.
Max what you can do is to leave them a neutral tag to warn other members about account reseller and suspicious account activity.

btw. Facebook and Twitter account does not prove too much, it's very easy to change the username there and you can't be sure who's behind it.

I see a lot of OP open there in which he suspects some accounts of fraud. It looks like we have another detective actively monitoring new sellers.
OP is good business, go ahead, but don't assume that all your suspicions may be real. As for the simantobd account, it clearly states in its subject line that it welcomes Escrow. There is not a single person he deceived, so it is difficult to blame him only for the late awakening of the account.
You can leave simantobd a neutral tag and a reference link to this topic.
After all, you were observant, but suspicion does not always carry the truth.

I will encourage the OP to do deep research before accusing someone. Just being active after a long time always doesn't mean ownership of the account has been changed. And he isn't obliged to answer your question by the way. Just use the escrow service if you are going to trade with him. This isn't for that user only, when you are going to deal on the forum just use escrow service if the seller isn't well trusted here. If you can provide more noticeable evidence then we may ask few more questions. Otherwise harassing someone isn't looking good.

I am not targeting you, I am just saying that what you provided as evidence is very flimsy. It would be a completely different thing if for example @simantobd wrote in lets' say Croatian (my language), and then after the break he suddenly started writing in Chinese, or vice versa. Then I would agree with you that there is something dodgy going on.

The way you can protect people is if you express those concerns in the thread and warn people to use escrow when dealing with @simantobd or simply leave him neutral rating explaining the issue.

There are several possibilities in this, if you have any doubts about @simantobd, about the original ownership.

• If @simantobd, has another Alt account, participates in the Bounty using the same Twitter and Facebook, it is possible that the original owner of the account is controlled by: @simantobd.
• if @simantobd's account is sold or hacked, it's possible that the way he posts can change and vice versa Twitter and Facebook are replaced by the buyer or hacker.

This reason can be proven from Twitter and Facebook which are still used by the Alt account @simantobd.
