Because of their fees, I have only used few times some exchanges and fees have been very high.

Click the link I posted, click Calculator, enter "Get 0.025 BTC", compare the rates. I've only used FixedFloat (but not for an amount anywhere close to $1000) from this list. It currently shows you'll need to send just under 0.41 ETH to get 0.025 BTC (with fixed 1% rate). Still cheaper than the Newbie 2% offer here.Can you suggest me some exchange for this transfer with low fees?
