搞一个Soul的区块链版本
不是泼你冷水，这种想法和 我想做个微信差不多，但要是你有技术有恒心，可以试试。中国人搞一个东西，都是为了挣money，而且是快钱，估计你也是吧。
有这个想法，做一个区块链的社交软件。与传统社交最大的区别是，匿名，以及投票制的预言机。
已经有了初步的实施方案，希望大家有空进去玩一下，帮忙提提意见和思路。
