TL;DR: Seller lacks customer service skills, refusing to respond to my emails and resolve a dispute over a $2.23 USD underpayment for a $69.99 USD product which I have already paid $67.76 USD of it 9 days ago.

Don't buy from this seller!!!, tried buying a Kayo Sports account from him on the 15th of March for $69.99 USD and due to an underpayment of a measly $2.23 USD, they are refusing to respond to my support emails.

I tried purchasing an account from this seller on the 15th, it was going well, tried paying using BTC from my Luno wallet to their address through the Coinbase Commerce. For starters, I am a total noob when it comes to crypto, however, I was simply following the instructions as stated on Coinbase Commerce, the platform this seller uses to process transactions via BTC as per the instructions, I followed and sent the specified amount to the seller's Bitcoin wallet. In hindsight, it should have definitely been made clearer that way extra needs to be sent to account for fees however, that was not the case. Anyways, that happened and after I had sent my funds to their wallet, I received an email a few minutes later from Coinbase saying my payment was underpaid. Okay, I thought to myself, no biggie, I'll just try to pay the rest, which was a tiny amount of $2.23 USD I contacted the seller on the 15th, right after the purchase, asking if I could get their wallet address and received an almost instantaneous reply. However, due to network fees and due to the fact that the amount I needed to send was absolutely minimal. I was unable to send the money over given that I needed to send a minimum 0.0001 BTC which is obviously way more than the underpaid amount of $2.23 USD. Anyways, after that, I contacted their support via email again and this is where the trouble began.

The above was my first exchange of emails with this seller's support, as you can see, the reply was instant, yet after trying to discuss alternative solutions, I received nothing. I then proceeded to engage in conversations with myself in this seller's support and they have since refused to answer and reply to my emails and offering solutions. The customer service with this guy is non existent and it is actually frustrating as I have bought accounts from this person nearly 2 years ago. I bought a Kayo Sports account for $29.99 USD as well as another streaming account which is still running fine to this day (knock on wood, seller might log in and change the password on it after I post this Tongue, wouldn't put it past them tbh) At the time, I was a satisfied customer and it is what made me come back nearly 2 years later to the same seller after the credentials had unfortunately changed on the Kayo account after a long run. At the time, payment wasn't an issue since I was able to pay via Debit Card which being based in a country rather than the US is a good thing since the only other option to pay besides crypto was CashApp which I don't have access to.

Anyways, over the following days, I proceed to blow this seller's support line like a desperate ex begging to get some wood for one last time. The only action this achieved was the following email saying the Transaction had been completed after I stressed to him, that the difference in payment was $2.23 USD and that they could surely let it slide just this one time, given the substantial amount I had already sent.

Anyways, to this day, it's been 9 days and still have yet to receive any word from this seller apart from the initial reply in the first email which sucks to see because my man is out here bumping this post and is ducking my emails, extremely weird behaviour if you ask me. L seller.
