So you want to create a webpage which will focus on listing small casino tokens and tokens in general, and then you also want to have a casino section within this webpage, is that correct?
If you are serious about this project you would be great if you could explain to us what will make this webpage appealing to target users and what methodology you will use to list legitimate tokens and coins and avoid scams and catch-grabs. It does not sound like a bad idea, but you need to provide more information and perhaps invest a bit into the development and in a copper-membership, so you can promote your page in a proper way here in Bitcointalk.
Coingecko and Coinmarketcap have a lot of failed projects and scam coins listed on the platform, if you somehow managed to include only cryptos that do not tend to go to zero as quickly as the usual scams we all know, then you could even earn some money off this, through some ads and the gambling games you plan to build.
Welcome to Bitcointalk forum. There are reasons why project owners have hard time time to get their project listed. Do you really want to list projects that are new that looks promising but in the end it is a scam project. Who would want their platform to be responsible of making their scam project known by many and many got scammed. I personally don't want anything to do with scam project that people know because of my platform. Anyway, that's one of the reason for it and there are more.
what you posted has nothing to do with casinos, and then most of these projects that you are listing are chitcoins that will make people lose money, many people still keep deceiving themselves that they will invest in these new projects and then they will make big profits, but the time shows them that these new projects are created by people who just want money from investors and once they get that money they abandon the project, wouldn't it be more prudent for people to buy bitcoin or ETH or BNB that are already established altcoins and don't have the risk of the creator disappearing? Is having 2X profit not good? why take the risk of losing everything in these new projects while you can make 2X or 3X profit with coins like BTC, ETH or BNB? I don't understand how some people think

To be honest, your website seems to look like a listing of all shitcoins and you are right, this should not be here on the gambling section there is no form of gambling there. I visited your site but it seems it is full of shitcoins that it is not good to invest that most commonly are scams and if it is good then give us the reason. However, good luck with your rare project.
