All listed e-mail owners should kick you in your balls. I can't believe people still buy mail lists for spamming.
Blame the companies man. Some sites online sell this same list for $100-500. I'm just sharing it with you all for 0.01 BTC.

Are these emails targeted to any specific interest? Why are they in PDF format instead of a spreadsheet or word document?
They are in a PDF form because a 2,227 page word document or spreadsheet might get hard to manage, and everyone can open PDFs.
