Monero seems to get too much attention from all the directions, which for me is actually scary.
I own a tiny amount of Monero and after all my excitement about it at start, now my feeling are mixed exactly because of the too much attention.

You are clearly a troll. All that you say now comes with "troll" quotes.
The number of Monero threads, hype and shills, makes me much less likely to ever consider it. It's gone from a somewhat interesting, yet flawed coin, to an over-hyped coin with way too many people spreading false promises. These sort of threads annoy more people than help the coin, in my opinion.
Interestingly the price hasn't exactly skyrocketed after all of this hype either.
If someone was considering a cryptonote flavor, BBR appears to be the stronger bet anyway, if I had to be honest.

i don't care about trolls, Fair Launch>No Premine>Well known devs so yeah i would buy more if i have more BTC.
+1. Monero has features that BTC doesn't and won't have anytime soon (as opposed to LTC, DOGE), it was launched as fairly and the devs clearly have a vision for where to take it. The fact that they were willing to bring in Peter Todd with the blocksize attack from a couple of weeks ago shows that they aren't shy from asking for help when it's warranted.
