They are probably just overwhelmed with interest at the moment.

think so too. maybe just 2 guys working on that who get several hundred emails per week.  Cheesy

I purchased two units through them. Yes, they definitely need to improve their customer service. Try their FB page and post on their wall or PM them. I had the best luck contacting them there. Thankfully they delivered a good working product, so overall I'm happy.
