Will this make a big impact in bitcoin world, What do you think?
Yes of course it has a big impact in the Bitcoin world. Good start for them since Japan legalize the use of Bitcoin and I think it also has support from the government. The more people involved, interacting or supporting in Bitcoin the more the community will become stronger and becoming more popular and will surely lure more enthusiasts that could make the community bigger than before. I am also hoping that there are corpoartions that will also launches Bitcoin mining here in my country. Bitcoin is more profitable but I am thinking about our local electric company which is expensive and I don't think if it is still profitable to mine Bitcoins. This really good news in Bitcoin community.
