but in my test I use coinb.in offline and find the txid changed . it is different from signrawtransaction to broadcastrawtransaction.

I believe that this was halted, as OP found out that the system was cheatable. However, OP should refund your money, the original 0.02. Maybe try sending him a PM and see if he is able to help.

You're thinking about blocks and the hashes of those, that's got very little to do with transactions and transaction hashes.A transaction ID (/transaction hash) stays the same, no matter in which block it gets included.
