well 0.0001BTC is not so big but it is also good for those faucet users who spend many hours to claim 50, 50 or 100 100 satoshis from faucets. 10000 satoshi very attractive for them.
but I see no payment confirmation from so many people who applied or showed interest above.

So OP must include Credit card is required, yeah I agree with you that the payment is very small, it is not worth it to receive an amount like that because I saw in other services they pay big in requiring the valid credit card information.
